Coffee biscotti milkshake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup prepared coffee, cooled to room temperature and chilled (25 mins)
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (544 grams)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 pieces of plain or chocolate biscotti, 6 crumbled + 2 reserved for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and refrigerate for 25 minutes to chill.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender. Put in ice cream first, followed by coffee, milk and biscotti.
  3. Blend using slowest speed and increase the speed until highest mode. Blend for about a minute total, depending on the power of your blender, until you reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour into four glasses for serving, about 1 1/2 cup each.
  5. Garnish with extra crumbles or large chunks from the reserved biscotti.
